About Payment Tracker
PAYMENT TRACKERTransparency, Inclusivity, EfficiencyPayment Tracker is an Application designed to assist both Service Providers and the Client in Submitting and Tracking Payment Claims. Service Providers are able to upload their payment claims directly to the client – more specifically to the department and or person responsible for receiving their payment claims. Payment Tracker tracks the payment claim through the various stages and departments of the payment process. As Payment Claims progress, notifications are sent to the Service Provider via Email; SMS; and Push Notification, informing them of the progress. The client may also request supporting information or changes needed to further process claims or simply provide feedback on the status. As an internal tool, Payment Tracker provides the client with an overview of the status of payment claims as well as analytical data and insight into the payment process, highlighting areas needing of improvement.Payment Tracker is a Proudly South African initiative!
